Terms of use
InkMentors Lab provides image editing, project storage and optional AI tools. Use only images and information you are entitled to process. AI output may contain errors and must be reviewed before use.
Apple apps offer subscriptions through Apple. The website offers subscriptions through Stripe. The purchase screen shows the billing period and price before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until renewal is cancelled. Manage Apple renewal in Apple subscription settings and website renewal in the Stripe customer portal.
Basic includes 1 GB of online storage. Pro includes 5 GB and 500 AI credits each month, including on annual subscriptions. Advanced includes 500 AI credits and 200 Gallery downloads each month. Credits do not roll over. A completed OpenAI generation costs five credits; a completed InkLab own AI generation costs thirty credits. A definitive failure releases the reservation. An uncertain request is reconciled before it is charged again.
An existing paid subscription or unresolved purchase must be resolved before purchasing through another provider. Purchases and restored entitlements are verified by the server. Deleting a Lab account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled by Apple. Contact help@inkmentors.com about website payments, purchase errors or support. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
