Privacy policy
InkMentors processes account identifiers and email for authentication, access, security and support. Projects, images, drawings, settings and client names are stored online when you explicitly save or transfer them. Local editor data remains on your device unless you choose an online operation.
You can separately choose to receive InkMentors offers by email after your trial. This permission is optional and can be withdrawn in account settings. The administrative follow-up list includes only ended trials without a paid conversion and with current permission for the confirmed email address. Buying any paid plan or withdrawing permission removes you from that list.
Netlify hosts the Lab, Supabase manages accounts and project records, and Cloudflare storage delivers private media. Apple processes purchases in Apple apps; Stripe processes website purchases. The Lab keeps verified subscription identifiers and limited payment records to provide access and reconcile payments. Card details are handled by the payment provider.
Optional AI requests send the necessary image and instructions to the configured OpenAI or Modal provider. Apple apps request permission before an image is sent to AI. You can change that permission in the account settings. Do not submit personal images or client information without authority to do so.
Account settings let you initiate account deletion. Project and account data is removed through the deletion process; records required for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention and legal obligations may be retained with restricted access. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple settings.
PostHog receives pseudonymous account identifiers, tool and navigation events, performance measurements, structured server logs and sanitized error locations to help us understand and fix problems in Lab and Gallery. Session replay masks text and inputs and blocks artwork, images, video and canvas; prompts, project and client names, credentials, full request bodies and console output are excluded. Replay recordings are retained for 30 days. This analytics service is hosted in the United States.
